Defining the required changes; as well as implementing them. That’s how I help executives of companies that need to transform their go-to-market as a result of ongoing digitalization and other disruptive market developments.
I enjoy solving complex problems and managing projects all the way through to successful completion. My strengths are quickly grasping the issues at stake; presenting solutions to address these; and putting the structure in place to effect change. Working closely with the people within the company, I will take care of a carefully drafted action plan, and I will manage and monitor the execution thereof each step of the way.
In addition, I programme manage complex projects such as mergers & acquisitions, divestments, restructuring and post merger integration.
The fee structure for these services is flexible. Daily, half-daily or hourly rates may be agreed, but alternative arrangements such as a fixed fee and/or a success fee are also possible.
